A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. This page lists every cookie this site can set, who sets it and how long it lasts.
The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. It needs none to show you pages or to accept a form. Every cookie below belongs to a measurement tool, and none of them are set until you press Accept in the banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of these are created.
Analytics
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, counts visits and shows which pages and services people look for.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes one browser from another | 2 years | |
_ga_30WH53GZK2 | Keeps the session state for this property | 2 years |
Usability recordings
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised page interactions — where people scroll, what they click, where they get stuck. It helps us fix layout problems. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form is not captured.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_clck | Microsoft | Links the browser to its Clarity identifier | 1 year |
_clsk | Microsoft | Groups page views into one session | 1 day |
CLID | Microsoft | Identifies the browser to Clarity | 1 year |
ANONCHK | Microsoft | Checks whether the identifier may be used | 10 minutes |
MUID | Microsoft | Browser identifier shared across Microsoft sites, including Bing | 1 year |
SM, SRM_B, MR | Microsoft | Synchronise the identifier between Microsoft domains | Session to 1 year |
The map
Our service-area map is drawn with tiles from OpenFreeMap. It sets no cookies, but loading it sends your IP address to that service, as any request to any server does.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window so nothing is kept after you close it.
