This policy explains what atticcleaningservices.com collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers this website only. If you hire us, the work itself is also covered by the agreement we sign with you.

What we collect
When you submit a form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and any message you write. We also record the page the form was submitted from, the time of submission, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. That technical detail helps us filter automated spam and match your request to the right crew.
- We never ask for payment details on this website.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Why we use it
We use what you send to answer your request, schedule an on-site estimate, and keep a record of the job. We also use aggregate, non-identifying statistics to understand which pages and services people look for, so we can improve the site.
Who else receives it
We share your request only with the services that make it work. Each is bound by its own agreement with us:
- Brevo — delivers the email notification carrying your request to our team.
- AtticPros lead system (leads-api.atticprosinc.com) — our own backup record of incoming requests, so nothing is lost if email fails.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website usage measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised recordings of how pages are used, so we can find layout and usability problems.
- OpenFreeMap — serves the map tiles on our service-area map. Loading the map sends your IP address to that service.
- Sentry — receives error reports when something breaks on the site: the error text, the page it happened on and browser version. It is configured not to collect your IP address, cookies, or the contents of anything you submit.
We disclose information to anyone else only when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. Every cookie comes from the measurement tools above, and none of them run until you accept them in the banner. The details, including the individual cookie names and lifetimes, are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them for the job and our records, and no longer than seven years. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in each tool, typically 14 months. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time from the link in the footer. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@atticprosinc.com.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and requests reach our lead system over a signed connection. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
